Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of FPLXI. They're written to be read, not skimmed — but the short version below is a fair summary.
The short version
- FPLXI gives you predictions and suggestions. It never guarantees points, ranks or results.
- Your team is yours. Every decision you make from our output is at your own discretion.
- We are not affiliated with the Premier League or the official FPL game in any way.
- You pay once per season for access to our own model — not for player rights or official data.
1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using FPLXI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
2. What FPLXI is
FPLXI is an independent, informational tool for Fantasy Premier League managers. A machine-learning model we have built and trained ourselves predicts player points, an optimiser turns those predictions into suggested lineups and transfers, and AI-generated text explains them. Everything FPLXI produces is a statistical estimate, offered for information and entertainment only. It is not advice of any kind.
3. No affiliation
FPLXI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, the official Fantasy Premier League game, any football club, or any player. All club and player names and any related trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear on FPLXI only to identify publicly known sporting facts. We do not own any rights in players, their names or their likenesses, and we do not sell or license any such rights.
4. No guarantees — use at your own discretion
Predictions are probabilistic and will often be wrong. We do not promise any score, rating, rank, points total or other outcome, and past model performance does not guarantee future performance. FPLXI never accesses or changes your FPL account: you review our output, and any transfer, captaincy or lineup decision you make in the official game is your own, made at your own discretion and risk.
5. Data and intellectual property
Factual football data shown on FPLXI (fixtures, prices, points and similar) is drawn from publicly available sources. We do not sell this data and we do not charge for access to it — what the Season Pass buys is access to the outputs of our own proprietary model and tools, which we have developed and trained ourselves. The model, the software, the site design and the generated outputs are our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use FPLXI's output for managing your own fantasy teams. You may not resell, republish, scrape or systematically extract it.
6. Your account
You need an account with a working email address. Keep access to that email secure — it is how you sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe or breach its security, reverse engineer the model, share paid access, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data or model output.
8. Payments
The Season Pass is a one-off payment that unlocks paid features for the single FPL season it is bought for. It does not renew and does not carry over to the next season. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record — we never see or store your card details. The service is provided immediately after purchase. Refund requests are handled through Polar; nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Prices may change for future seasons.
9. Disclaimers
FPLXI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Third-party data we rely on may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the service may be interrupted or withdrawn. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of FPLXI — including lost points, lost ranks, lost mini-league winnings, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
If your breach of these terms causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.
12. Termination
You can stop using FPLXI and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use FPLXI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — except where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you additional protections that apply regardless.
